IRGC Warns US Against Blocking Energy Exports Through Maritime Routes
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned that regional energy exports would be “for everyone or for no one” if the United States attempts to interfere with maritime routes.
The IRGC said that any effort by Washington to block energy shipments by controlling key waterways could lead to the closure of other routes used by the US and its allies.
The warning comes amid rising tensions over maritime security, energy trade, and military activity in the Gulf region. The Strait of Hormuz remains a critical global shipping route for oil and gas exports.
