JD Vance Says Jeffrey Epstein Had Links to US and Israeli Intelligence
US Vice President JD Vance has claimed that convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein had connections to senior figures in both American and Israeli intelligence, though he did not provide evidence to support the allegation.
Speaking on Joe Rogan's podcast, Vance said Epstein appeared to have ties to what he described as left-of-centre elements within Israel's "deep state," adding that he found those alleged connections noteworthy.
Vance also acknowledged that the Trump administration mishandled its public communication regarding the Epstein files. He said former Attorney General Pam Bondi overstated the information available when discussing a supposed Epstein client list, which damaged public trust. However, Vance said he did not believe the administration was intentionally trying to hide information.
